Quotes and bookings
Online requests are not binding bookings. Prices, schedules and availability are confirmed separately after cargo details are reviewed. Changes in weight, volume, addresses, service requirements, duties or carrier costs may affect the final price.
Cargo eligibility
Customers must accurately describe shipment contents and may not tender prohibited, dangerous or undeclared goods. Some goods require advance approval, special documents or may not be accepted.
Transit and customs
Transit estimates are not guarantees. Schedules can be affected by carriers, ports, weather, inspections, customs authorities and other conditions beyond reasonable control. Duties, taxes and government charges may apply.
Customer responsibilities
The sender is responsible for accurate contact information, addresses, packing lists, values and supporting documents. Cargo must be packaged appropriately unless AMPAK packaging service has been arranged.
Liability and claims
Liability, claim procedures and any service-specific limits are governed by the written booking confirmation, transport document and applicable law. Customers should review coverage options before shipping.
